CUSTOMER ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear valued customer,

At Baby Planer we want to make your shopping experience as fun and safe as possible. For this reason, we have decided to open all four of our stores to the public on the 12th of April 2021 in line with government guidelines. For all our prenatal customers we will be giving a one-hour time slot for you to visit us and get expert advise on all your babies needs. For any postnatal and spontaneous customers we will have controlled walk ins allowed.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR COLLECTIONS. ONE HOUR TIME SLOTS ARE FOR VIEWINGS ONLY. ALL COLLECTIONS ARE WELCOME AT ANY TIME DURING THE DAY THROUGH A CONTROLLED WALK IN SYSTEM.

We ask all of our valued customers to take the necessary precautions to ensure both yours and our staff members safety and we in return will ensure our store is set up to keep you as safe as we can.

Maximum of 2 adults per house hold
• If you have any symptoms of COVID 19, please ensure you cancel your appointment
• Social distancing measures applicable always
• Regular cleaning of all our equipment
• PPE to be warn by staff members always
• Hand sanitisers available around the store
• Installation of any equipment into cars is no longer available
